About the Site

Cuvou.com is my personal homepage and the site that I do the most work on. It serves as a central point to which I can upload all my software and creative work. As such, there is a wide variety of content here, from Flash and Photoshop work all the way to large programs written in Perl.

The name "Cuvou" (which I pronounce "cue-voe") doesn't really have much meaning behind it. It's just a five-letter word that was available as a domain name and can actually be pronounced. That's a rare combination nowadays with the epidemic of domain squatters that take up virtually every short domain name out there.

About the Author

My name is Noah and this is my website. I'll also respond to the name Casey Kirsle, which is an Internet alias I use with many of my programming projects. I am 21 years old and I really enjoy programming. My favorite programming language is Perl because it's useful for web scripting and also doubles as a competent offline application programming language. I've written a number of programs that use Perl in this way.

My favorite colors are pink (#FF99FF) and light blue (#0099FF), which is evident in the color scheme of this website. I like all genres of music, excluding the kinds of music that aren't really music: rap, heavy metal, and the like. When it comes to movies, I like almost all genres, specifically action and horror movies. In my free time I'm usually working on one of my programming projects, or playing video games (as of this writing I'm working on playing through Legend of Legaia for PSx), or watching a movie or whatever's on TV.
